Our Doctors

Dr. Jazmin de Leon-Rivera, DVM

Dr. Jazmin de León-Rivera grew up in Baldwin Park, CA, and is a first-generation Mexican American who is also fluent in Spanish. Growing up she always cared for her pets and has always had a passion for working with animals. While attending undergrad, she worked at two veterinary clinics, one focusing on general practice and the other focusing on emergency medicine. Working her way up from a kennel attendant to a veterinary technician, she solidified her passion to aid all the pets in need while providing the best care possible. She graduated from the University of La Verne with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with an emphasis in Pre-Medicine. She then attended Ross School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical year at Purdue University. During her time in vet school, she developed an interest in surgery, ultrasound/diagnostic imaging, and working with horses and cattle as well!

During her free time, Dr. de León-Rivera likes to travel, spend time with her family and play basketball/volleyball.. She currently has a whippet mix named Alma, 2 poodles named Chato and Woody and a cat named Jerry.

Dr. Kimberly Kessler Webb,
Cat-Friendly DVM

Dr. Kessler-Webb started her journey in the veterinary field at age 16 as a kennel assistant. Over time, she worked her way to being a veterinary technician and fell in love with the veterinary field. Dr. Kessler-Webb  attended St. George’s University for veterinary school and underwent her clinical training at Oregon State University. Dr. Kessler-Webb graduated in 2017 and has since worked both general practice and emergency medicine. She is also certified for animal acupuncture therapy and takes great joy in helping patients with mobility issues feel better. Dr. Kessler-Webb enjoys soft tissue surgery as well as managing skin conditions and speaking about preventative care medicine.

Dr. Kessler-Webb is married with 2 kids and 3 cats. On her time off, she enjoys hiking, bowling, watching movies and playing board games.
